Certified Nursing Assistant Program

The Community Nursing Services (CNS) Certified Nursing Assistant course readies individuals to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s).

CNA’s are members of a multi-disciplinary care team providing basic and supportive care to patients in their place of residence. CNA’s assist patient’s and caregivers to maximize comfort and minimize stress through the provision of personal care, exercise, simple treatments, light housekeeping, respite and emotional support.
