Donate Today

CNS relies on the generosity and financial support of donors to ensure that we are able to continue to care for patients regardless of income, illness or insurance. Your gift truly makes a difference in the lives of our fellow Utahns.

Honor your Loved One
Honoring your loved one by making a memorial donation is a wonderful way to give the gift of compassionate care to underserved families that would otherwise go without.

Matching Gifts
Many companies sponsor matching gift programs to promote charitable giving and support the interests of their employees. Check with your Human Resources Department to sign up for your company's matching gift program.

In-Kind Goods and Services for The Senior Wish Program
In order to fulfill Senior Wishes, we need many material items and appreciate in-kind donations. Perfect items include hotel rooms, gas cards, airline tickets, groceries, restaurant certificates, catering services, event tickets, personal services, merchandise, transportation services, outdoor activities and unused gift cards. These items may be delivered or mailed to the address above, or to one of our local offices throughout  the state.

Gifts of Time and Talent
CNS depends on a large team of volunteers for our Senior Wish Program, Honor Salute Program, our annual fundraising event - Art & Soup, and our hospice program. There are several meaningful volunteer opportunities requiring various skills and time commitments. Do you know someone who would volunteer to help make a wish come true... a good cook, local celebrity or athlete, photographer, musician, seamstress or maybe a limo driver?

If so, please contact Sheri Harrell, Volunteer Director for more information (801) 639-5435 or sheri.harrell (at)
