Home Health Care Services
For 90 years, Community Nursing Services (CNS) has provided expert home health care across the state of Utah, with a compassionate touch. Home health care is one of the preferred methods of care for someone needing skilled nursing services after a hospitalization or long-term assistance. In-home care allows a person to remain in the comfort of their home, with familiar surroundings while still getting the services they need. Home health care is often a more affordable alternative to hospitalization.
Accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), CNS Home Health Care provides a high standard of home care and customer service. People of all ages with health care needs may be eligible for home care services. Working closely with patient's physicians, CNS provides services tailored to the individuals' home care needs.
