Home health care is one of the preferred methods of care for someone needing frequent or constant care.  In home care allows a person in the comfort of their home, with familiar surroundings while still getting the care that they need.  Home health care is often a more affordable alternative to hospitalization

Home Health Plus through CNS serves infants, children, new mothers and adults with home health care needs. Services are tailored to the client's health care problems and are reimbursed through insurance, Medicaid, and private pay.

VISITING NURSE

There really is no place like home. When illness or injury occur most people prefer the comfort and familiar surroundings of their home over a stay in a hospital or nursing home. A visiting nurse can provide in-home health care, which most people prefer.

Comprehensive home health care is provided to senior citizens and disabled individuals who are insured through Medicare or private insurance for in-home care. CNS provides skilled nursing as well as physical, speech, and occupational therapy services. Additionally, home health aides, social workers and volunteers provide care as needed.
