Home Health Care

For 88 years, Community Nursing Services (CNS) has provided expert home health care with a compassionate touch. Home health care is one of the preferred methods of care for someone needing skilled services after a hospitalization or long-term assistance. In-home care allows a person to remain in the comfort of their home, with familiar surroundings while still getting the care they need. Home health care is often a more affordable alternative to hospitalization.

Accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), CNS Home Health provides a high standard of care and customer service. People of all ages with health care needs may be eligible for services at home. Working closely with patient's physicians, CNS provides services tailored to the individuals' health care needs.
