Community Nursing Services (CNS) is Utah’s oldest non-profit home health and hospice organization and has proudly served the Utah communities since our beginnings in 1928. CNS fills a vital need in our community by providing compassionate home health and hospice care to patients and families who have experienced illness or injury, all in the comfort of their own home.

Our goal is to provide the highest level of care to each patient, even if they don’t have the ability to pay.
