The CNS Memorial Ornament Program is a way for families to remember their lost loved ones and also help individuals in need access compassionate health and hospice through the CNS Charitable Care Program.

With a suggested donation of $40 to charitable care, you will be given a personalized ornament to treasure during the holidays and throughout the coming year.

This year’s ornaments are made from kiln-formed glass and are handmade by renowned glass artist, Sarinda Jones. Each piece has been created using a unique combination of calming blues and teals, evoking a sense of comfort and healing. The crystallized texture on the surface adds an extra layer of interest and reflection.

Orders placed by November 1st will be mailed to your home before the Thanksgiving holiday. Ornaments will not be available for pick up at Art & Soup next year.
